Kraków's dynamic environment, particularly its robust BPO/SSC sector, makes it ripe for AI transformation. The city's strong talent pool is excellent, but manual, repetitive tasks can still drain resources. I worked with a small BPO company situated in the revitalized Zabłocie area that specialized in data processing. They faced pressure to increase efficiency without compromising quality. We introduced AI to automate their data entry and initial customer support screening. This allowed them to reallocate two full-time employees, whose combined salaries were approximately 11,000 PLN per month. The AI solutions cost only about 400 PLN monthly. This transformation not only saved significant operational costs but also enabled their team to focus on more complex, value-added tasks, improving client satisfaction and overall service quality.
