We implemented AI-powered solutions to automate parts of their reservations agent, guest relations assistant, and social media manager roles. The combined monthly salaries for these roles were approximately Rp 14,500,000. By integrating smart booking systems, AI chatbots for FAQs, and automated social media content scheduling, their monthly AI investment was reduced to just Rp 1,200,000.
