It’s one of the few scheduling tools where the AI actually helps you save money by spotting when you’re overstaffed for a Tuesday lunch rush before it happens. It turns the 'where is my schedule?' text into a non-issue. However, I have to be candid: if you are based in the UK or outside the US, the 'All-in-one' promise falls a bit flat because you can't use their native payroll engine. You'll still be exporting CSVs to your accountant or Xero. Use it for the scheduling and the team communication—those features are top-tier—but don't expect it to be your entire HR department if you aren't in North America.
