I collaborated with a boutique hotel in Seminyak that faced challenges with managing reservations, guest inquiries, and social media engagement. We implemented AI-powered solutions to automate parts of their reservations agent, guest relations assistant, and social media manager roles. The combined monthly salaries for these roles were approximately Rp 14,500,000. By integrating smart booking systems, AI chatbots for FAQs, and automated social media content scheduling, their monthly AI investment was reduced to just Rp 1,200,000. This led to a significant monthly saving of Rp 13,300,000. Bali businesses can leverage AI to deliver world-class service while maintaining operational efficiency.
