Acuity Scheduling

Acuity is what I call a 'logic-first' tool. It doesn't have the flashy AI autonomous scheduling that some of the newer kids on the block have, but it is rock-solid. While tools like Motion focus on managing your internal time, Acuity is built for the external transaction. It handles the messy stuff—intake forms, HIPAA compliance, and payment processing—better than almost anyone else in the market. I recommend Acuity if your business lives and dies by its appointments. If you are a consultant or a clinic owner who needs to know exactly what a client wants before they walk in the door, this is your tool. If you just need a link for occasional coffee chats, it's total overkill and you'll find the interface clunky. It’s a power tool; don't buy it if you just need a screwdriver.
