This is why I advocate for a 'Human-in-the-loop' (HITL) workflow. You don't just hit 'send' on the grades; you review the distribution and audit the top and bottom 10%. The real win isn't just time—it's the speed of the feedback loop. When a student gets feedback 10 seconds after submission instead of 10 days later, the learning actually sticks.
