If you are a consultant or a clinic owner who needs to know exactly what a client wants before they walk in the door, this is your tool. If you just need a link for occasional coffee chats, it's total overkill and you'll find the interface clunky. It’s a power tool; don't buy it if you just need a screwdriver.
