Beyond the fuel, the real win is customer trust; AI allows you to give customers a 'you are stop #4, expected at 10:15 AM' link that is actually accurate. Don't over-engineer this. You don't need a bespoke enterprise system. Most of the tools I've listed integrate with Shopify or basic spreadsheets via Zapier. Start with the tool that has the best mobile app for your drivers; if the drivers hate the interface, the data will be garbage, and the optimization will fail.
