If you can't see the logic, don't trust the output. Also, be wary of formula bloat. Just because an AI can write a 400-character nested IF statement doesn't mean it should. If your spreadsheet requires AI to explain its own logic to you, your process is fundamentally broken. Use AI to simplify the data structure, not to build a more complex Rube Goldberg machine. My rule: if the AI can't explain the logic in one sentence of plain English, the sheet is too complex to be reliable.
